Writer's block
Oh how I hate it!
I've been wanting to write a new story. I have two that are sitting in my head, but one just will not jell, and that's the one I really want to work on at the moment. Writer's block is a real bitch. It's not that I don't have a good visualization, but it's that some key piece is missing and it's an important,vital part of the entire concept for the piece. I hate when that happens.
I've written for years so this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Not by a long shot! Still, it eats at me. Which, of course, just makes matters worse. Damn.
I guess I'll have to go work on the other story until inspiration finds me. Hopefully, it will be very, very soon. Maybe a good stiff drink, a little music, and getting really relaxed will allow my muse some free reign. We'll see.
